Faulkner Law Offices proudly supports a variety of local organizations and non-profit projects. We strongly believe that we have an obligation to give back to our community. A thriving community with strong non-profit organizations is good for all of us!

Faulkner Law Offices takes its commitment to our community seriously and supports numerous community organizations and causes through gifts of time, money and pro-bono legal services. A few of the organizations we support include:

Arizona Humane Society, a non-profit organization that safeguards, rescues, shelters, heals, adopts, and advocates for animals in need. (www.azhumane.org)

Free Arts For Abused Children of Arizona, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing healing powers of artistic expression into the lives of abused, neglected and at-risk children and their families, including through mentoring, while inspiring community action and compassion. Elizabeth Faulkner is a former board member and remains an enthusiastic supporter.

Maggie’s Place, a non-profit organization that provides houses of hospitality for expectant women who are alone or on the streets who wish to achieve their goals in a dignified and welcoming atmosphere. Maggie’s Place provides for the immediate physical and emotional needs of these expectant women, including shelter, food, clothing and a supportive community. In addition, Maggie’s Place connects the mothers to appropriate agencies and resources, including prenatal care, health insurance, low-cost housing, and education programs. (www.maggiesplace.org)

Small Paws Rescue, a non-profit organization that has rescued more than 8,000 Bichons,
providing food, shelter, companionship and medical care until permanent placement is secured,
while providing education and inspiring community action on the animals’ behalf.

STARS, Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services, formerly known as the Scottsdale
Foundation for the Handicapped, and Las Madrinas, the auxiliary fund-raising support for STARS, a non-profit organization, committed to providing services to adults with disabilities throughout the metro-Phoenix area. STARS serves as a lifetime support system for developmentally disabled participants and their families. Las Madrinas was established in the early 1970’s to support what was then known as the Scottsdale Foundation for the Handicapped, including fund-raising and community development and awareness. Elizabeth has logged thousands of volunteer hours with the Foundation, its participants and its fund-raising, including in developing its initial public relations and community awareness campaigns. Elizabeth remains a strong advocate for the developmentally and intellectually challenged and remains an enthusiastic supporter. (www.starsaz.org)

Susan G. Komen For The Cure, a grass-roots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cure for breast cancer. (www.komen.org)

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting those in need and seeking charity and justice for all. St. Vincent de Paul offers tangible assistance to those in need, including intervention, consultation, advocacy and a multitude of services.
